Message From Our Pastor

“Some people say that they are thankful, but their behavior don’t show it!”

And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off; and they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. and when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves  unto the priest. And it came to pass, that as they went, they were cleansed. and one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, with a loud voice glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

How often in our lives that we have we found ourselves in situations that were killing us and we cried out to the Lord in pain, grief, stress and sorrow. Remember how we begged for mercy? Remember how we cried Lord if you get me out of this, I will serve you the rest of my life? Remember when we made some horrible decisions, and we were too ashamed to lift our heads up and too embarrassed to come out of our room or our house?  Oh, how we cried unto Jesus for mercy. All night and every day did we cry unto the Lord. And then it happened, Jesus heard us, gave us instructions and healed us. We often tell people how thankful we are but our behavior towards Jesus does not demonstrate a thankful heart.

One of the ten lepers, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, with a loud voice glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks. That leper behavior towards Jesus demonstrated a thankful heart.

Meet The Pastor

How is your behavior towards Jesus since you cried out unto Him for mercy?

  • Are you serving Him?
  • Do you witness to others about his mercy?
  • Are you giving of your time and your substance, and serving others?
  • Do you reading His word and are you being obedient to his instructions?
  • And is He still Lord and Savior? If so, with a loud voice, glorify God!
